THE STRAIGHT TIP
A good combination of technical and soft skills is required for any project. In aviation - a high risk environment - both aspects
become crucial for maintaining overall safety of the operation. Be it for an airline, an ANSP (ATC unit) or a ground operations:
whilst working on your change-project the operations have to continue „lege artis“, with full concentration on the task at hand.
Your approved training syllaby will still be in place and will have to be followed, your operational change be it on ground or in the
air will have to be planned carefully.
Knowing about the delicacy and the complexity (in regard to operations, legal requirements or market conditions) is mandatory.
This is why all personell in lead positions within valuoris ltd have long careers in their fields of expertise. This does not mean
we are not still young at heart.
Our tip: choose wisely whom you select for your endeavour, choose valuoris ltd.
